Is Online Cannabis Ordering & Pickup Legal in Union City?
If you're wondering whether ordering cannabis online for pickup is legal in Union City, the short answer is yes—when you choose a licensed California dispensary. We've been operating under California state license C10-0000295-LIC since 2003, and we follow all state and local regulations. Here's what you need to know to verify legitimacy and stay safe.
- Check for a valid California cannabis license. Every legal dispensary must display its license number—ours is C10-0000295-LIC—and you can verify it on the state's Bureau of Cannabis Control website.
- Understand local laws in Union City. Union City permits licensed dispensaries to offer online ordering and pickup, as long as they comply with state rules. We serve customers in 94541 and surrounding areas with same-day pickup options.
- Know what's legal to order. Only products from licensed sources are allowed. We grow, cure, and sell our own flower, plus carry a range of edibles, concentrates, topicals, and vapes—all tested and compliant.
- Beware of unlicensed sellers. If a site claims to ship to all 50 states or sells THCA as a loophole, it's likely not regulated. Stick with a local, licensed dispensary like ours for safety and quality.
- Verify delivery and pickup rules. For pickup, you must show valid ID and be 21 or older. Our online ordering system is built to meet state requirements, and we offer curbside pickup on request for added convenience.

Medical cannabis
Medical cannabis refers to the use of cannabis products or cannabinoid molecules to treat symptoms or conditions under a physician's guidance. While people have used cannabis for therapeutic purposes for thousands of years, modern medical research is still limited due to legal restrictions. Some studies suggest modest benefits for chronic pain, especially nerve pain, and slight improvements in sleep, but the evidence is often mixed. Common side effects include dizziness, fatigue, and nausea, and long-term effects are not fully understood. Because of this, it's important to talk with a doctor before using medical cannabis, especially if you have underlying health conditions. For those exploring this option, a licensed dispensary can provide products that are tested and compliant with state regulations, ensuring a safer experience.
